Marathon Key - NFT

Bill came to me with this idea for something beyond a normal merch drop — he wanted holders to feel like they had actual membership, not just a JPEG in their wallet. The concept was simple on paper: three keys, three tiers of access. What wasn't simple was making them feel like objects worth owning on their own.

I designed and rendered all three in Blender — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — treating each one less like a collectible and more like a physical key you'd want sitting on your desk. Then I built out the access system behind them: Bronze gets you early drop access and a holder-only role, Silver adds pricing perks and priority shipping, and Gold unlocks first-access windows and an exclusive merch line before anyone else sees it.

It's still rolling out on Marathon's end, but the full system — concept, tiers, and final assets — was delivered and is already the framework for how they're structuring future drops.
